what are your criteria? What is Troy? Do you mean USC? Cincinnati as #1??

great questions, show you know your stuff.

I use the Sagarin rankings criteria (diminishing returns margin of victory, home/away factor, schedule strength). His formula is top secret but with stats I can get almost identical results.

Troy=Troy University
USC=Southern_California

Cincinnati blew out everybody the first three weeks. As the season progresses schedule strength will rise in significance as more teams play each other.
